| 1 lb Ground Beef | 1/4 Cup BBQ sauce |
| 1 Onion, chopped | 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce |
| 2 tsp Minced Garlic | 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard |
| 1/2 Cup Ketchup | Hot Dogs and Buns |
Saute beef with onion. Add garlic when beef is brown, cook on high for one more minute. Stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes and remove from heat.
Line hot dog buns with grilled hot dogs and top with chili sauce. Sprinkle with chopped onions, lettuce (optional) and shredded cheese.
