Garlic Basil Mayonnaise
| 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise | 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 tsp Minced Garlic | 1/4 tsp Salt |
| 1 Cup Fresh Basil |
Mayonnaise: Add all ingredients to a food processer. Process until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour before use.
Panini: Spread Mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Layer with chicken, red peppers, artichoke hearts, and cheese. Grill on a panini grill until cheese is melted.
