Slice steak on a microwavable plate. Top with red peppers, onions and cheese. Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until cheese melts.
Place about 2 tsp of mustard and horseradish sauce on the inside of a pocket pita. Using a spatula scoop up steak (with melted cheese) and place inside the pocket bread.
