1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt | 1/4 Cup Carrots, chopped |
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing | 1/4 Cup Pecans, chopped |
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Chicken | PIta Bread |
1/2 Cup Broccoli, chopped |
Mix yogurt and ranch dressing in a small bowl; set aside. Combine chicken, broccoli, carrots and pecans. Toss with dressing to coat. Fill pocket bread with chicken mixture. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for upto 24 hours.
